Ingredients: Tilapia fillets, lemon juice, capers, butter, parsley and Jasmine rice. 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely.

 Remove Tilapia from bag, rinse and pat dry. Season fish with salt & pepper, then dredge in flour.  Shake off excess.  Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat and sear the fillets about 3 minutes per side.  Remove fillets from sauté pan and set aside.  Reduce heat to medium, pour contents of sauce container into sauté pan, stir until butter is melted and sauce thickens slightly.  Return fish pan with sauce and heat for 1 minute. Sauce will just coat fish.

Minimum Internal Temperature 145 degrees.  Cook rice as directed and serve with Tilapia.
