Sticky Coconut Chicken (serves 4-6)


These boneless skinless chicken breasts are marinated in coconut milk, ginger and other spices. After grilling them you'll pour a mild chili glaze over the top. Served with jasmine rice. (Ziploc bag)

Ingredients: chicken breasts, red pepper flakes, coconut milk, ginger, black pepper, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, jasmine rice. 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely. Preheat grill or broiler. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill for about 7 minutes. Minimum Internal Temperature 165 degrees. In a saucepan bring glaze to a boil and simmer until reduced to 1/2 cup. Serve sauce with chicken. Steam rice as directed and serve with chicken and sauce. Minimum Internal Temperature 165 degrees.
