White, tender fish filets are smothered with sour cream, Dijon, parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake and serve with Jasmine Rice.

Ingredients: Tilapia, sour cream, horseradish, Dijon mustard, Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese & Jasmine rice. 



Cooking Instructions:

Thaw fish completely and drain excess moisture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.  Place fish filets in dish.  Spread sour cream mixture over top of fish filets.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and breadcrumb mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 – 25 minutes until fish flakes easily in thickest portion.  Cook rice per instructions.  Serve with rice.

Minimum Internal Temperature 145 degrees.
