Ingredients: Boneless chicken breasts, ginger, garlic, lime juice, rum, sugar, garlic powder, dry ginger, salt, pepper, jasmine rice. 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw. BBQ or Oven: preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Place chicken on grill or broiler pan and grill or broil about 7 minutes per side, turning once. Heat Mojito Sauce in a saucepan. Boil 2 minutes until slightly reduced. Spoon sauce over chicken. Stovetop: Heat 1 TBSP oil in a large skillet over med-hi heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides until just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Transfer chicken to serving plate and keep warm. Add Mojito Sauce to the saucepan for 2 min or until slightly reduced. Spoon sauce over chicken. Minimum Internal Temperature 165 degrees. Cook rice as directed and serve with chicken.
