Ingredients: chicken breasts, dill, lemon juice, green onion, salt & brown rice. 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely. Grilling Method: Preheat grill or broiler to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Place chicken on grill or broiler pan and grill or broil for about 7 minutes on each side. Sauté Method: Melt 4 TBSP butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken & marinade in skillet. Brown chicken 6 – 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Minimum Internal Temperature 165 degrees. Cook brown rice as directed and serve with chicken.
