Everyone loves the flavor of curry. We’ve kicked it up a notch by combining curry with honey, lime juice, and red pepper flakes to create a light delicious sauce to baste our chicken breast. Comes with brown rice. 



Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely.  Sauce: Stir sauce to incorporate ingredients. Pour about 1/4 cup into a separate bowl, set aside for serving. Use remaining sauce to baste chicken in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Grilling Method:Preheat grill or broiler to medium heat.   Remove chicken from Ziploc.  Place chicken on grill or broiler pan and grill or broil for 5 - 7 minutes on each side. Baste chicken with some of the sauce in the last 5 minutes of cooking.  Reserve some sauce in a separate bowl for serving.

Sauté Method:Melt 4 TBSP butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.  Place chicken.  Brown chicken 6 – 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Baste chicken with some sauce. Minimum Internal Temperature 165 degrees.

Cook brown rice as directed and serve with chicken.
