Ingredients: Beef meatballs, chipotle chilies, marinara sauce, chicken broth, garlic, cumin, oregano, butter, salt, pepper 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw meatballs and sauce completely. Easy method: Simmer sauce in a heavy bottom sauce pan for 3 minutes. Add meatballs and stir constantly to coat with sauce. Cook 7-8 minutes over medium heat until meatballs are heated thoroughly and sauce is thick. Oven method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay meatballs in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Grilling Method: Skewer meatballs (about 4 per skewer) and grill over medium high heat, turning often, for about 8 – 10 minutes. Heat sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat until sauce is thick and heated through. Steam rice as directed and serve with meatballs.
