We butterfly the roast with herbs and Dijon mustard. Old fashioned home cooking aromas fill your kitchen. Comes with mashed potatoes. (Foil pan) (Cannot be split)

Ingredients: pork loin, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, parsley, thyme, Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for 1 ½ hours. Remove pork roast from pan and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting. Minimum Internal Temperature 160 degrees. Add ½ cup water to roasting pan and place on the stove top over low heat. Using a wooden spoon to scrape, loosen pan drippings, strain and serve with roast. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package.
