Ingredients: beef skirt steak, apple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, ketchup, lime juice, soy sauce, jasmine rice.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely. Grilling or Broiling Method: Grill or broil over medium hot BBQ for 6 - 8 minutes. Turn over and brush with hoisin sauce. Cook for additional 6-8 minutes. Sauté Method: Place 1 TBSP vegetable oil in a heavy bottom sauté pan and turn to high. When pan is hot, place steak in pan and brown about 3-5 minutes per side, brushing each side with hoisin sauce. Minimum internal temperature 160 degrees Place on a serving tray and cover with foil. Let meat rest for 5- 10 minutes. Slice meat and toss in juices. Steam rice as directed and serve with meat and juices.
