Artichoke hearts, sausage and cheese are baked in a pastry shell. This is a great early supper or brunch dish. Makes 2 quiches.

Ingredients: egg mixture, Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, green onions, Swiss cheese, half and half, white pepper, kosher salt, nutmeg, cayenne pepper 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie shells on a cookie sheet and fill crust with custard. Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center of quiche comes out clean. Minimum Internal Temperature 160 degrees
