Apricot-Ginger Pork Tenderloins (serves 4-6)


Fruit and pork are a classic pairing. You will enjoy the simplicity and great flavor of this lean and delicious cut of pork. The apricot ginger mixture is brushed on the pork, which is then roasted for a sweet and savory combination the whole family is sure to love!

Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, apricot preserves, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt. Serve Jasmine with rice.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw completely. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Place pork tenderloin on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush or spoon apricot mixture evenly over the pork. Roast pork for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with steamed Jasmine rice.
